Our client was looking to reimagine the layout of his Miami Beach apartment to better reflect his lifestyle.

The apartment layout was re-designed to give every room an ocean view and to provide comfortable and ample entertainment space by merging the previously enclosed kitchen with the living and family rooms. The interior flow is open and spacious and, when privacy is needed, the primary suite seals off behind a floor-to-ceiling door; its cobalt finish echoes the painting opposite, turning a practical detail into a design element that articulates the entrance.
